Bagatelle Ultra is designed with your privacy in mind. We do not collect, store, or share any personal data. This policy explains how the app handles the limited information it accesses to function.
None. Bagatelle Ultra does not collect, store, or transmit any personal information about you.
Your scores, statistics, Daily Challenge streak, and preferences (such as your chosen table, room, rug, marble set, app icon, and sound style) are stored on your device.
So that your settings and streaks follow you between your devices, the app also stores them in your private iCloud account using Apple’s iCloud key-value storage. This data is held by Apple under your Apple Account and governed by Apple’s privacy policy. We cannot see or access it. You can turn off iCloud for Bagatelle Ultra at any time in Settings › [your name] › iCloud.
Bagatelle Ultra supports Apple Game Center for leaderboards, achievements, and Daily Challenge invitations to friends. Game Center is entirely optional — the app is fully playable without it.
If you choose to sign in to Game Center within Bagatelle Ultra, the following information will be sent to and published by Apple Game Center under your Game Center identity:
This information is visible to other Game Center players in accordance with the privacy and friend settings on your Apple Account, and is governed by Apple’s privacy policy — not ours. We do not receive, store, or have access to your Game Center identity or any data you publish through Game Center.
You can sign out of Game Center, hide your profile, or stop sharing data at any time from Settings › Game Center on your device. For details on how Apple handles this information, see Apple’s Privacy Policy.
Board Nudge and the optional Tilt to Steer feature read your device’s motion sensors so you can shake, knock, or tip the board. This motion data is processed in real time on your device only. It is never recorded, stored, or transmitted.
If you turn on the Daily Challenge reminder, the app schedules a local notification on your device. Reminders are created and delivered entirely on your device — no notification data is sent to us or to any server.
To let you know when an update is available and to list our other apps, Bagatelle Ultra downloads a small public file from us.nz. This request does not include any personal information, device identifiers, or game data.
Aside from Apple Game Center and iCloud (described above), Bagatelle Ultra does not pass any personal or identifying information to any third-party services. The app does not use any third-party advertising networks and has no in-app purchases. It does not require an internet connection to play — only Game Center features, iCloud sync, and the update check need a connection.
Bagatelle Ultra does not use cookies, analytics SDKs, advertising networks, or any form of tracking or profiling.
No user data is stored on our servers because we have no servers that receive user data. Your preferences and progress are stored on your device and, if you use iCloud, in your private iCloud account.
Bagatelle Ultra does not collect information from anyone, including children under the age of 13.
If we make any changes to this privacy policy, we will update the effective date above. Any changes will reflect the same commitment to not collecting your data.
