Cridget brings you live cricket scores and can show ball-by-ball updates on your Lock Screen, in the Dynamic Island, and in Home Screen widgets. By downloading or using Cridget, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the app. Cridget is provided by us.nz.
The match data, scores, timings, fixtures, results and related information shown in Cridget come from third-party cricket data providers. We do not generate this information ourselves and we do not control it.
Because this information originates with third parties, it can be delayed, incomplete or incorrect, and it may change without notice — for example if a provider corrects earlier data or experiences an outage. During a provider outage, scores and timings may stop updating, appear out of date, or be unavailable entirely.
Cridget relays this information to you on an “as-is” basis, with no warranty of any kind — including no warranty of accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or fitness for a particular purpose. We make no promise that any score, timing or other detail shown in the app is correct or current.
The information in Cridget is provided for general interest and convenience only. You should not rely on it for betting, wagering, or any other critical, financial, or decision-making purpose. If you need authoritative match information, please consult an official source. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we accept no liability for any loss or damage arising from your reliance on data shown in the app.
Cridget depends on our update service and on third-party data providers and infrastructure. We do not guarantee that the app or its live updates will be available, uninterrupted, or error-free. The service, or any part of it, may be changed, suspended, or discontinued at any time, without notice, at our discretion. We may also stop supporting the app entirely.
You agree to use Cridget only for lawful, personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to misuse the app or the underlying service, interfere with its operation, attempt to access it in unauthorised ways, or use the data it provides in a manner that breaches the terms of the third-party data providers.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, us.nz and its suppliers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or relating to your use of — or inability to use — Cridget or the information it provides. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. If we do, we will update the effective date above. Your continued use of Cridget after any change means you accept the updated Terms.
