Which cars and devices does Porsche Ultra support?
Porsche Ultra is built for Porsche electric vehicles — including the Macan, Taycan and Cayenne — and connects through your own Porsche Connect account. It runs on iPhone, with Home Screen widgets in small and medium sizes.
Does Porsche Ultra offer a small widget?
Yes. Porsche Ultra includes a compact small Home Screen widget — a size the official Porsche app does not offer — alongside a medium widget, both showing live battery, range and charging state.
How do I connect my car?
Open Settings in Porsche Ultra and sign in under Porsche Connect using the same credentials you use for the official Porsche app. Your vehicle then appears automatically and you can select it under Vehicle.
Why isn't my data updating?
Vehicle data comes from Porsche Connect, which updates periodically and when the car reports in. Pull down to refresh, check that you're still signed in to Porsche Connect in Settings, and make sure the car has connectivity. Remote access must also be enabled for your vehicle.
How accurate are the charging cost estimates?
Charging costs are estimates based on the tariffs and off-peak windows you enter in Settings and the energy needed to reach your charge limit. They're intended for planning and comparison, not billing.
Is my data private?
Yes. Your vehicle data stays on your device and syncs only through your private iCloud. We operate no servers that receive your data, and there are no ads or tracking. See our Privacy Policy for details.
Is Porsche Ultra made by Porsche?
No. Porsche Ultra is an independent, third-party app and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Dr. Ing. h.c. F. Porsche AG. It works alongside Porsche Connect to present your own vehicle data more beautifully.

- A brief description of the issue and the steps to reproduce it
- Any screenshots that may help illustrate the problem
